View claim status
Make a payment
Create a payment plan

In order to access your claim, you must create a login with:
Your unique Reference Number (located on all correspondence in the top-right corner)
The patient’s date of birth

Our Patient Advocacy team supports patients through every step of the post-flight billing process, providing guidance, resources, and a steady hand when it matters most. By helping navigate claims and appeals, they ease the burden on patients and their families—turning a complicated process into a manageable one.
